In our bakery we bake sourdough bread, cookies and granola. All is prepared in small batches. We use only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives, colouring or flavours.
We have an old but trusted oven from Europe with a stone floor. It comes from a time when equipment was still built to last for generations.
Our granola is gently roasted to perfection and seasoned with honey and sea salt. For our cookies we use delicious French butter, Swiss dark chocolate and a little sea salt from Bali. We like to keep it simple
